There's this PhD student in Leeds with us, his name is Pg. Sofian and his wife and his daughter is also here with him. His daughter is studying in Primrose high school and she's 15 years old and she really reminds me of my sister Farah.
But then it hit me
that my sister isn't 15 years old anymore. In a few more weeks she's going to turn 18 :((. And my sister Mirah isn't 13 anymore, she's 16. It pains me to know that they're both all grown up now cause' in my head they'll always be the little 13 and 15 year old girls who constantly complains about them always having to wash dishes or water the plants because they've already done it yesterday and they most certainly are not going to do it again today.
They are growing up sooo fast that sometimes you can't catch up and that saddens me. I have this huge lump in my throat and i feel like crying. How the heck did my sisters grow up soo damn fast?
And you know what else sucks? Absence. Knowing that half of the time you're never going to watch them grow up to be these beautiful young women ):
I guess they're like kites. First you hold them up to the wind, and when they're finally caught up in the wind you slowly let them fly, releasing more and more of the string so they can fly higher and higher. They'll fly high and then you'll never see them again. They'll be soaring up high with the clouds and you realise that you'll eventually have to let go of the kite because theres no point of holding on.
I hope little Yayah and Akmal won't soar too high before I get the chance to stay and actually be THERE and watch them soar ;)
VERY VERY old pictures :p :

Now look how we've grown ;) mentally, emotionally and most importantly PHYSICALLY! (we all gained a few thousand pounds :'( )
